  Read me note for this binary evaluation SDK v3.0.0 for ARM64 Linux

- Download this SDK's image onto the target ARM64 Linux device.

- copy your evaluation license file for this SDK to '/etc'.

  note: the licensing for this evaluation requires that the device either has network
  time established prior to running the test agent or that the device has a real time clock.
  Failure to provide one of these will result in the software not starting.

- Navigate to the 'bin64' directory of that installed image,  From there you can execute
  the various applications provided in this SDK.
  The primary executables are:
  - 'teststart', which starts 'testagent', the primary CLI Yang test server.
  - 'ndconfsvrstart' which starts 'ndconfsvr', the and primary CLI Yang server (optionally in the background).
  - 'ncclientstart' which starts the provided netconf client 'ncclient'.
  - 'ndcliclientstart' which starts 'ndcliclient' which provides an interface to ndconfsvr's CLI
    when it is run in the background.

  regarding platform requirements, configuration and the executable identified about and other uses.
